Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

All registrations, deposits, installment payments, package upgrades, and add-on purchases for the Love Unplugged Marriage Retreat are final and nonrefundable.

Because accommodations, transportation, meals, materials, and other services are reserved and paid for in advance, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, missed payments, illness, emergencies, travel interruptions, early departure, or failure to attend.

Payment Plans

Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full balance. If a scheduled payment is declined, the registrant will be notified and given an opportunity to update the payment method. Failure to bring the account current may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund of amounts previously paid.

Registration Transfers

A registration may be transferred once to another eligible married couple if a written request is received by July 31, 2027 and approved by the retreat organizers. Transportation, lodging, meal, and personalized swag changes are subject to availability. Registrations cannot be transferred after the deadline.

Retreat Changes

The retreat organizers reserve the right to modify speakers, activities, meals, transportation arrangements, or the itinerary when necessary without issuing a refund, provided the overall retreat experience is delivered.

If the retreat is postponed, all payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers and not rescheduled, registrants will receive a refund of payments made, excluding nonrefundable third-party processing fees.

Registration Acknowledgment

By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and No-Refund Policy. I understand that all payments are final and nonrefundable except if the retreat is canceled by the organizers and not rescheduled.
