NO-REFUND POLICY & REGISTRATION CONSENT AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION.
We are excited to welcome you to the 2027 Generations Crowned Conference! Our team is prayerfully and intentionally preparing an unforgettable experience filled with worship, prayer, spiritual growth, empowerment, sisterhood, and generational connection.
Because significant planning, financial commitments, and contractual obligations are made well in advance of the conference, Crowned In His Presence has established the following registration and refund policy.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
ALL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Once a registration is submitted and payment is processed, Crowned In His Presence will not issue refunds for attendee-initiated cancellations or inability to attend.
This policy applies to circumstances including, but not limited to:
• Personal scheduling conflicts or changes in plans.
• Work or family obligations.
• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies.
• Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or transportation issues.
• Inclement weather affecting an attendee's travel.
• Failure to obtain necessary travel arrangements.
• Failure to attend any portion of the conference.
• Late arrival or early departure.
• Changes in personal or financial circumstances.
• Voluntary withdrawal from the conference.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED REGISTRATIONS, MISSED SESSIONS, OR PARTIAL ATTENDANCE, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
2. OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE / EVENT PROTECTION
We strongly encourage attendees to consider purchasing optional travel insurance or event registration protection, where offered through the RegFox registration platform.
Depending on the coverage available, optional protection may help reimburse eligible expenses resulting from certain covered circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or other qualifying events.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Travel insurance or registration protection is optional and is not included in the conference registration fee unless expressly stated.
• Any protection offered through RegFox is provided and administered by the applicable third-party insurance or protection provider, not Crowned In His Presence.
• Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, claim requirements, and reimbursement amounts are governed by the specific policy or protection plan purchased.
• Purchasing protection does not guarantee reimbursement.
• Attendees are responsible for reviewing the full coverage terms before purchasing.
• All claims must be submitted directly to the designated insurance or protection provider.
Crowned In His Presence does not make insurance coverage decisions, process insurance claims, or guarantee approval of reimbursement requests.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW THE OPTIONAL PROTECTION OFFERED DURING REGISTRATION BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE.
3. PAYMENT PLANS & OUTSTANDING BALANCES
If a payment plan is offered, participants agree to the payment schedule disclosed during registration.
All payments made toward a conference registration are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Discontinuing participation or voluntarily canceling a registration does not automatically cancel an existing payment obligation.
Any remaining balance will be governed by the payment plan terms accepted at registration and applicable law.
Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of registration or loss of access to conference activities, subject to the disclosed payment terms.
4. HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION & OTHER EXPENSES
Conference registration does not automatically include hotel accommodations, transportation, airfare, parking, meals, or additional experiences unless specifically identified in the registration package.
Attendees are responsible for reviewing the separate cancellation and refund policies of hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other vendors.
Crowned In His Presence is not responsible for an attendee's independently booked travel or lodging expenses, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Any optional conference-organized transportation or separately ticketed experience may have additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
5. REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Registration transfers are not guaranteed.
Any request to transfer a registration to another eligible attendee must be submitted in writing to

Transfer requests are subject to organizer approval, registration deadlines, package eligibility, and any applicable administrative requirements.
A transfer is not valid unless confirmed in writing by Crowned In His Presence.
6. EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION
Crowned In His Presence reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to conference speakers, programming, schedules, venues, or activities when necessary.
If the conference is postponed, materially changed, or canceled by the organizer, attendees will be notified of the available options, which may include a transfer of registration, event credit, rescheduled attendance, or refund, as determined by the circumstances, the registration terms, and applicable law.
The no-refund policy for attendee-initiated cancellations does not eliminate any refund rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection laws or from an organizer-initiated cancellation.
7. REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing registration, I acknowledge that:
• I have read and understand the Crowned In His Presence No-Refund Policy.
• I understand that all conference registration payments are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
• I understand that I will not receive a refund if I voluntarily cancel or am unable to attend.
• I understand that optional travel insurance or event protection may be available through RegFox.
• I understand that purchasing insurance or protection is my personal choice and responsibility.
• I understand that any insurance claims must be submitted to the applicable third-party provider.
• I agree to the applicable payment plan terms if I select a payment plan.
• I understand that hotel, transportation, and other travel expenses may be subject to separate policies.
• I voluntarily agree to these terms before completing my registration.

I acknowledge that optional travel insurance or event protection may be offered through RegFox and that I am responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to purchase such coverage.
I understand that my electronic acknowledgment constitutes my acceptance of these registration terms, subject to applicable law.
